To keep Utrecht attractive for people with crucial professions, such as teachers and health personnel, the municipality wants to use extra P+R subscriptions and grant extra parking permits to schools that need it. Care providers, such as general practitioners and midwives, have been able to park throughout the city for some time with special parking permits.
