ANIMALS REACT TO BULLFIGHTS
Bullfighting, which has sparked a backlash from Mexican animal lovers, has so far been banned in the states of Coahuila, Sonora, Guerrero, and Quintana Roo. Bullfights at the world’s largest arena, La Plaza Mexico, in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico, on June 2022, were suspended indefinitely by the federal court on the grounds that animals were mistreated.
