The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed message service in X solidarity with the victims, their families and the Russians.

China’s Xi Jinping sent his condolences to Russian President Putin over the attack on the concert hall on Saturday morning.
According to the Chinese news agency Xinhua, the leader of China Xi Jinping emphasized in his condolence message that China opposes all forms of terrorism, strongly condemns the terrorist attack and supports the Russian government’s efforts to secure national security and stability.
China is one of Russia’s few allies.
