The Masked Singer is one of the most popular shows on German television. The musical installment hit has been on ProSieben since 2019 and now fans can finally look forward to a refill. The long-awaited 11th season starts today with a double episode on TV. You can find out everything that is known about masks, jury and co. here.

The Masked Singer: music show or quiz?

The Masked Singer is extremely well received: no wonder, because the mix of musical spectacle and puzzle fun ensures that the show remains exciting until the end. German stars slip into imaginative costumes and have to perform live in front of an audience. Meanwhile, the prominent rate team is looking for clues: Who is behind the masks? Fans are particularly looking forward to these moments of revelation episode after episode.

Celebrity guests in the guessing team: These stars are trying their luck on The Masked Singer

Season 11 dares to introduce an exciting innovation: In the so-called duel mode, a fixed guessing team has to compete against guessing duos that change every week. ProSieben has roped in two real TV legends for the recurring rate duo. presenter and Actress Palina Rojinski (Where’s Wanda?) has been enchanting on TV for decades with her relaxed manner. At her side is the Irish one Rock star Rea Garvey to see. Moderator Matthias Opdenhövel is of course also there.

At the start of the season, ProSieben is offering a double episode, which is why there are two rate duos to be seen at the weekend who compete against Rojinski and Garvey. Two The Voice of Germany coaches will arrive on Saturday: Yvonne Catterfeld and Kamrad. On Sundays, former YouTube stars can try their luck. Heiko and Roman Lochmann used to be hugely successful as Die Lochis.
