After Morbius and Venom, another Spider-Man foe gets his own live-action movie. On October 4, 2023, spectators will be able to discover in cinemas Kraven the hunter. This feature film looks back at the genesis of this Marvel super villain, before he faced Spider-Man. It’s not yet known, however, if the film will succeed in combating the critical curse that plagues films featuring Spider-Man villains, or if Kraven will ever face Peter Parker in the cinema.
In the cast, it’s Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Bullet Train, Kick-Ass) who was chosen to play the murderous hunter, giving the reply to Ariana De Bose (West Side Story) or Russell Crowe (Gladiator). Sony Pictures has unveiled a bloody first trailer for this feature film, which you can check out below ahead of the film’s release.
