The end of each season of The Mandalorian means a difficult farewell for Star Wars fans. Especially because they now have to wait endless months for new adventures with Grogu/Baby Yoda and Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal). As StarWars.com reports, the movie titled The Mandalorian & Grogu is set to be released production will begin in 2024. Series creator Jon Favreau sits in the director’s chair, with Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) at his side as producer.
Nothing is known about the story of the film yet. “The prospect of bringing the Mandalorian and his apprentice Grogu to the big screen is exciting“said Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy. “The new story is perfect for the cinema“.
