The Duty Council has reviewed the re-established Dal Regiment in Falun and points out several shortcomings. Among other things, soldiers’ homes have been missing and around ten conscripts have dropped out of education due to mental illness. According to the regimental commander, Ronny Modigs, measures are being taken and he thinks that despite all the challenges, it is going beyond expectations.
