The murder would mimic the controversial singer

The victim’s corpse is said to have been arranged to resemble the controversial one GG Allin, a singer who died in 1993 of a heroin overdose. However, Allin had planned to kill himself on stage but died before he could carry it out. He is known for being violent at concerts, fighting with the audience and pooping on stage.

Want to be acquitted or get treatment

In the Court of Appeal, it was concluded that the man should be sentenced to prison because “the man has a limited need for care, which can be met by the Correctional Service”. Now the man wants to be acquitted or sentenced to forensic psychiatric care. He has previously been in contact with psychiatry, but according to the judgment from the Court of Appeal, the man is considered to have a limited need for care that can be met in prison.
