The 29th Fespaco ended on Saturday March 1st. During the Pan -African Film Festival, four special UEMOA prizes were awarded. One of them returned to the Malian Fousseyni Maïga this year for his Fatow documentary feature film (“Les Fous” in the Bambara language). This documentary on Malian heritage is a plea for culture to find a better place in the policy of African states.
