The remains of seven people – including two missing teenagers – have been found at a secluded property in Oklahoma, USA. The seven bodies were found near the eastern Oklahoma community of Henryetta, as police searched for the two teenagers who had been reported missing. According to the authorities, the property where the remains were discovered belongs to a previously convicted sex offender, The Guardian reports, with whom the girls were seen over the weekend. The man in question is also believed to be dead. Dad: That’s my daughter Neither body has yet been formally identified, but authorities are confident they have found missing Ivy Webster, 14, and Brittany Brewer, 16. Brewer’s father tells local media that one of the bodies is his daughter’s. – We think we have found everything we were looking for this morning. Our thoughts are with the family, friends, schoolmates, said Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice. The sex offender who owned the property was convicted in 2003 of rape and was released in October 2020. He would have appeared in court on Monday, in connection with a trial concerning, among other things, possession of child pornography. It is still unclear who the other remains belong to.
