The luxury fraudster has landed – was discharged from Spain

The 36-year-old luxury fraudster, or Ferrarimannen he has also been called, has previously been sentenced to close to five years in prison for cheating by 88 people close to SEK 100 million in a huge investment fraud.

But just two weeks after serving his sentence, he is suspected to have begun to commit new crimes.

In mid -January, he was arrested again in Spain, suspected of similar crime. This time, so far around 40-50 people are suspected to have invested SEK 35 million in alleged Spanish real estate deals.

Now he has landed in Sweden, prosecutor Veronica confirms Närfors for SVT.

– That’s right, he has landed. The detention hearing will be held tomorrow afternoon, she says.
