Metin Kizil, owner of Kroppkärr’s pizzeria in Karlstad, is the creator of a completely unique lusse cat – a lusse kebab. People come from far and wide to taste the unique combination. Metin came up with the idea on a December day a few years ago, when a customer came into his pizzeria in Karlstad and asked for a “sausage”. Since he doesn’t sell sausages at all, he instead suggested his own variation with kebab meat. – It actually goes really well together, kebab and lussebun. Customers think it’s delicious, says Metin. This year, he has received so many orders that he started baking lusseke kebabs already in November and now people come from far and wide to try his unique Christmas kebab. – Customers have started traveling from Stockholm and other cities here to try it.
