CANDIA MILK REMINDER. The official product recall platform, Rappel Conso, alerts to a recall of baby milk from the Candia brand. The milk bottles would not have been closed properly. It is requested not to consume them.
[Mis à jour le 21 septembre 2022 à 17h56] The website devoted to product recalls alerts on batches of baby milk from the Candia brand. According to Recall website Conso Gouv.fr, this alert concerns batches sold in a large number of brands in France, including the Auchan, Carrefour, Casino, Cora and Intermarché supermarkets and hypermarkets, as well as in U stores. Leaks were reportedly spotted on the cap seals of this infant milk. On its site, Rappel Conso Gouv.fr explains poor packaging of the product, the milk not having been “manufactured and / or stored under conditions allowing to provide satisfactory health guarantees”.

Are affected by this recall, the packs of 24 bottles of 250ml sold under the brand “Candia Baby Junior” and intended for children aged 20 to 36 months.
- The batches concerned are 22SM4047185, 22SM4047186 and 22SM4047187 accompanied by the following barcode: 3533631193003
- Also affected are lots 22SM4047185, 22SM4047186 and 22SM4047187 with barcode 3533630900459
- These lots all have a deadline: 01/03/2023
What if you bought these Candia baby milk packs?
Reminder Conso Gouv warns of a fault in the closing of the cover officially called “failure to heat seal the cover”. “These products are therefore likely to present a danger to the health of consumers”, specifies the authority which recommends not to consume them and to bring them back to the point of sale for reimbursement.
