(Tiper Stock Exchange) – The Lifestyle Grouplisted on Euronext Growth Milan, announced that it had received from Finnat Euramerica Bank the communication of withdrawal from office of Euronext Growth Advisor (EGA). The withdrawal will be effective on 13 June 2023 after 60 days from today’s date.
The decision to resign from office “is attributable to loss of trust and the conditions for a continuation of the existing contractual relationship”, reads a note.
The company acknowledges the decision of Banca Finnat e will start the discovery process without delay of the new Euronext Growth Advisor. In the event of non-appointment, once the aforementioned 60 days have elapsed without the appointment of the new Euronext Growth Advisor, the regulation provides for the suspension of the shares.
