A lawyer who was under the influence of drugs in court is charged, writes Nya Wermlands-Tidningen.
The lawyer was on his way to the Värmland district court to defend a person in a trial but was stopped by guards who suspected that he was under the influence of drugs. Instead, the lawyer was taken to the police station and had to submit to a drug test.
The lawyer has been charged with minor drug offenses on a total of three occasions, but in questioning with the police has neither admitted nor denied the crime.
