Investigations by competition authorities delayed Microsoft’s intention to buy Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion.
The purchase of the Activision Blizzard game company, which has been prepared for a long time by the technology giant Microsoft, finally seems to be happening. They talk about it, among other things CNBC and The Verge.

The last major regulatory review of the deal was underway in Britain. The country’s competition authority, the CMA, decided that the deal could go ahead after Microsoft arranged a deal to transfer the cloud gaming rights for Activision Blizzard games to French gaming company Ubisoft.
The CMA said the revised offer will maintain competitive prices in the gaming industry and offer more choice and better services.
