WoW: Dragonflight is already over – Patch 10.2 will probably be the last big update

This is what awaits you: In a new blog post, Blizzard has already revealed the content for the upcoming update. This includes:
In addition, completely new features come with the Azeroth archives and the trailer dungeons. The archives tell the story of the Dragon Islands and you can complete weekly events to earn pets, mounts and transmog.
With the trailer dungeons you can tackle eight normal dungeons alone or in groups of up to 4 players with NPCs. This way you should be able to explore the game without any pressure.
New content for Dragonflight until The War Within launches
Seeds of Renewal will probably actually be the last update for Dragonflight, barring minor patches. However, we don’t expect any major new features to come before The War Within launches.
After all, Blizzard is already working on the next 3 expansions, of which The War Within is the first, which is scheduled to appear in fall 2024. The alpha for this will even start in spring 2024.
Since patch 10.2 has just been released, a possible release for Seeds of Renewal would be around February or March 2024. That would overlap with a Season 4 for Dragonflight and bridge the time until the tests of The War Within.
If you want to play the next expansion earlier, you can do so – but you have to pay extra. MyMMO demon Cortyn likes this:
WoW: If you pay €90, you can play the new add-on 3 days earlier – I think it’s great
