The homecoming of the Young Lions will be watched live on Areena starting at 1:10 p.m.
The World Cup silver team of the Young Lions ice hockey will return to their home country in the afternoon. The Finnish team’s flight is scheduled to land at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport at 1:10 p.m.
Areena’s live broadcast starts immediately at 1:10 p.m., but the media will not be able to interview the players until around 2:00 p.m. with the medal coffees.
Finland lost to the United States 3-4 in overtime in the final match of the under-20 World Championships played in Ottawa. Brilliant save Petteri Rimpinen was chosen as the best goalkeeper of the WC tournament.
