The iPhones alarm clock does not always Alarm Apple

A lot of stories have been shared on social media about mornings lost in sleep because of the iPhone.

Phones have many tasks, one of the most common of which is taking care of the morning wake-up call. Not all iPhones have been able to do this relatively simple, but even more important task recently.

Several iPhone owners have reported on social media about cases where the phone’s alarm clock has not woken them up in the morning. The problem is not new, but according to iPhone users, it has gotten worse with the latest operating system update.

American news channel NBC Today morning show according to the iPhone manufacturer Apple is aware of the problem. The company says it is investigating why the alarm clock does not work in some of the phones.

There is no information on the extent of the silent alarm clock problem.

There are already a few solutions to the problem

A few solutions to the problem have emerged in online discussions.

Firstly, iPhone users are advised to turn off the eye contact function. This is done in the settings via the Face ID and passcode menu.

The eye contact function silences some notification sounds when it detects that the user is looking at the phone. In the case of a silent alarm clock, the suspicion is that the phone next to the bed interprets the sleeping face as awake and therefore silences the alarm sounds.

In addition to the eye contact function, users are advised to check that ringtones and notification sounds are turned on in the Sounds and tactile feedback menu. The sounds may have been inadvertently turned off if the Change with buttons function was selected. This function allows you to adjust ringer and notification tones using the phone’s physical buttons.

The last and surest solution is to get a separate alarm clock.
