Opening today (October 30, 2023) of the Cité Internationale de la langue française by the President of the Republic. This is indeed the major project of the two five-year terms. Emmanuel Macron wanted this first place dedicated to the French language which takes place in the castle of Villers-Cotterêts built by François I and in the birthplace of Alexandre Dumas in Aisne, less than an hour from Paris. The abandoned and ruined castle rose from its ashes after 5 years of work.
