The inner island is the title of the new exhibition at the villa Carmignac on the island of Porquerolles in the Mediterranean in the south of France. The museum buried under the villa and which thus blends into the landscape of the island’s natural park houses some 80 works. Paintings, sculptures graze strange worlds and make us travel between reality and fiction.
