Now the deputies have opted for the so-called “stretching” of the road. The road would then no longer go through Mijdrecht but would be diverted as a straight road. “The support for the measure ‘widening the bend’ has been looked at,” the province said. “This turned out to be limited among residents, companies and the municipality.”
