“It is positive with measures that clarify the process,” says Carl Berglöf, nuclear power expert at Energiföretagen.
He believes that the process today is unclear, which causes nuclear power players to hesitate.
“How long all the steps in the process take is unclear,” he says.
The government’s announcement about a more predictable regulatory framework is therefore welcome, even if there is more to do, according to Berglöf.
