The successful start
Kulusevski came to “Spurs” on loan, and the club did not hesitate for a second to buy the Swede off in the summer. It’s easy to see why given the 22-year-old’s spring in which he accounted for five goals and eight assists and was a major contributor to Tottenham finally securing a Champions League spot.
He has become hugely popular with Tottenham fans, and rightly so, expectations have risen for the Swede this season. No problems for Kulusevski, who started the new season in the very best way.
The attacking Swede accounted for a goal and an assist, and was a major organizer behind the 4-1 humiliation of Southampton in the opener.
