Not much has gone right for Manchester United since Sir Alex left.
Now Gary Neville has been driving the club’s signings for the last ten years. And “Ibra” is only one of two as the icon describes as successful.

Manchester United have not won the Premier League since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club after the 2012/13 season. Since then, the Manchester club has had difficulty finding the right spots in terms of coaches and players think Gary Neville.

The signings are going crazy

By British Sky Sports, the icon was asked to list the players who have been successful at Manchester United after Ferguson’s departure. And it’s really not a fun read if you’re on “Red Devils”.

Gary Neville has listed all the signings of the last ten years and ranked them by green, yellow and red. Under the green heading, only two players take their place, and it is Zlatan Ibrahimovic together with Bruno Fernandes.

Players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw take their place on the yellow list. It is tougher for Paul Pogba, Angel Di Maria and the Swede Victor Lindelöf, who all fall under the category of flops.

Left after a year and a half

Zlatan Ibrahimovic came to Manchester United in the summer of 2016. A bit into his first season, “Ibra” suffered a severe knee injury and was out of action for over six months.

After the turn of the year 2018, Ibrahimovic left the club and instead signed for the Los Angeles Galaxy.
