The icon Gary Lineker’s sudden mockery of Zlatan – says six words that make the entire football world laugh

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has ended his career.
Now he is suddenly seen – with a beautiful mockery of the icon Gary Lineker.

When Zlatan Ibrahimovic played in Manchester United, there was a lot that the Swedish superstar thought was poorly managed. One thing concerned the club’s handling of money, and various things in connection with training and matches.

Had to pay myself

In one of his books, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has admitted that he once took a juice from a hotel minibar during an away match. When he then received his salary statement later that month, approximately ten kroner had been deducted from his salary.

Ibrahimovic was furious, and in his book he used big words about the club’s behaviour.

“I don’t mean that everything should be free… But a fruit juice? And you say that you are one of the world’s biggest clubs?”, Zlatan writes in the book.

The beautiful mockery of the icon

It was a few years ago that the incident was noticed by Ibrahimovic, and then of course also by newspapers around the world. The fact that Zlatan Ibrahimovic saw one of the world’s biggest clubs – over such an event – is of course interesting, and recently the story has been spread again via Twitter in particular, where many are re-tanning the whole thing.

But one who thinks that it is Zlatan who is the caterpillar in this case, is the icon Gary Lineker. The former great player, who is now a much-acclaimed BBC presenter, shared the story on Twitter, then wrote:

“Let’s get him a gofund.me page.”

Gofund.me is a site where people can donate small amounts to help others achieve big goals – and it’s obviously a pass from Lineker about how stingy Zlatan is.
