Harmful substances slowly enter the peel by coming into contact with it and remain there. For example, we do not recommend eating cucumbers with their peels, it is better to peel them. It is also important to kill the microbes that the greens come into contact with by putting them in vinegar. Then, you need to wait in carbonated water for about half an hour. Also, it is not right to leave vegetables and fruits in the sink, which is full of microorganisms.”
