The fan clothing should help cool the pets down during the heat.
It was as a result of the oppressive heat in Tokyo, Japan, that Rei Uzawa came up with the idea of making clothes with built-in fans for dogs.
– If you go outside and walk for 10 minutes, twice a day, the batteries last for three months, says Rei Uzawa.
