Where does care begin and where does cooking begin? What is the voucher? The right weight, the right taste, the right health? And what could be better than bringing together a doctor and a cook to abound ideas, knowledge and experiences and concoct a practical, concrete manual accessible to all? Chef Thierry Marx and Alexandra Dalu, nutritionist and mesotherapist, form an altruistic, conscious and enthusiastic duo. Their book, The healthy plate, is in their image: open, informative, didactic, never giving lessons (which is quite rare), above all concrete. Everyone will find recipes, exercises, advice and keys to sleep well and live well.
We are surprised by reading this guide to realizing, in fact, “ 10 minutes of sports a day, yes, we have them all », that this routine is finally within our reach.
