At the very end of Diablo 4 and after the campaign there is the “Pinnacle Boss” Uber Lilith, who is supposed to test the players’ skills. For most people, Lilith is considered impossible. At the same time, it drops next to nothing. Fans now think: if things were different, you would have to farm them. And nobody wants that.
What fight is it about?
This is what makes Lilith so difficult: Players are constantly discussing Uber Lilith. The biggest criticism of her is that her attacks are too harsh. Almost anything can kill you instantly and it is incredibly difficult to avoid it.
Lilith has several attacks that come in quick succession and fill almost the entire arena. Even strong builds can be killed in one hit here if they don’t rely on defense, such as special thorn builds.
Threads keep popping up on Reddit complaining about the fight and where users say it’s incredibly difficult to read the attacks and learn how to fight. The only option left is to play an OP build that simply shoots Lilith out of life before she can do anything.
At the same time, there is actually nothing for the kill. No guaranteed Uber Uniques, no unique items that are only available from Lilith. Just a success. There’s even nothing for a second kill. Players now think: that’s a good thing.
In the interview we talked to the developers about what’s next for Diablo 4:
“At least we don’t have to farm them.”
There are complaints about Lilith again in a new thread. But the community hardly agrees here. Users in the comments say that Lilith is simply not a problem for the strongest builds of barbarians and wizards.
If you want to do it without “cheese”, you just have to practice. Even experts like Wudijo, who “gamble 12 hours a day,” would have needed over 200 attempts. This shows that you can’t just slap the boss around.
Wudijo has now reached the point where he only fights Lilith with blue items:

This goes hand in hand with the fact that it is good not to get particularly strong items from Lilith. Otherwise the players would immediately feel as if they had to farm the boss – and that is really not desirable in their current state.
If you beat Uber Lilith just once to get the achievement, you would be “through with it” and have the matter checked off. Doing the fight multiple times for items would be more likely to lead to anger in the community.
The topic of loot is a big concern for fans anyway. Understandable, in a Diablo. However, players are now resorting to questionable methods:
