With today’s contribution, Blue Assistance becomes a 35% shareholder of InHealth Services, controlled by Intesa Sanpaolo Vita for the remaining 65%.

InSalute Servizi is a company specialized in management from the health care and assistance for Intesa Sanpaolo’s captive customers, the Supplementary Health Funds, the Welfare Funds, Mutuals, Companies and other Bodies operating in the supplementary healthcare and assistance sectors. The company, chaired by Luca Filippone and led by CEO and GM Massimo Tessitore is the strategic “TPA” (Third Part Administrator) of the Group which, in 2026, will manage 75% of the portfolio of Intesa Sanpaolo RBM Salute, the first company in the sector of health insurance in Italy.

Advanced IT solutions and innovative services – including online booking, access to digital patient records and telemedicine services – will integrate the services offered, while synergies with Blue Assistance will pool the management of activities on networks dedicated to healthcare services.
