The last round of the Champions League group stage will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday. 12 teams have secured their place in the playoffs, so four teams still have a chance to advance to the top 16.

E block

Chelsea has secured the group victory. AC Milan will surely be second, if the team does not lose to Salzburg.

Dinamo Zagreb can move up to third if they beat Chelsea and Milan at the same time as Salzburg.

F block

Real Madrid will definitely be in the future and will secure first place with a win over group jumbo Celtic. For Leipzig, a draw is enough for the next place.

Shakhtar Donetsk must beat Leipzig to advance to the last 16.

G block

Manchester City is the group winner and Borussia Dortmund will surely be second. Sevilla continues to the Europa League as third in the group.

H block

Paris-Saint Germain and Benfica are fighting for the group win with 11 points. Juventus and Maccabi are in a three-point battle for third place.

PSG will face Juventus and Benfica Maccabi Haifa away.
