November 24 passed Börje Salming gone, at the age of 71, in the sequels of the nerve disease ALS. Both shortly before and after his death, the hockey icon was widely celebrated, including by having a street named after him in Kiruna.

The grandchildren about Börje Salming: “Took care of us”
In connection with the unveiling of the street sign at the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi, several of Börje Salming’s children and grandchildren were present Charlie, Nova, Almond and Ivanwho paid tribute to their grandfather or grandfather to the skies.
