Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

The first ship with grain, the Razoni, to leave Ukrainian ports since the beginning of the Russian invasion has now docked in the port city of Tartus in Syria. This after a buyer in Lebanon said no to the 26 thousand tons of corn that the ship had on board, due to a delay of up to five months. The reason for the delay is unknown.

The ship Razoni left the port of Odessa on August 1 and was the first ship allowed to leave Ukraine following an agreement between Ukraine and Russia.

More ships on the way

Two more freighters with grain began their journey to other countries on Tuesday, according to Ukraine.

“Two ships left the port of Chornomorsk with a total of 70,000 tons of agricultural products,” the Ministry of Infrastructure announced in a statement.

One of the ships, the Rahmi Yaggi, is on its way to Turkey with 5,300 tons of grain. The other, Ocean Lion, is on its way to South Korea with around 65,000 tons of corn. A total of twelve ships have left three different Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea as a result of the agreement reached just over two weeks ago.
