Presenter Vladimir Solovyov has made sure that there is no shortage of fiery war rhetoric.
On Tuesday, Solovyov already demanded strikes against Germany in its program “An evening with Solovyov” (you will switch to another service) on the state-owned Rossija-1 channel, when Media information predicts that Germany is inclined to deliver Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
– I think it is time to send a clear decisive signal that we consider Germany a party to the conflict and the appearance of German tanks unequivocally means that we consider German soil, military bases and others as legitimate targets, Solovyov declared.
He said that the German leadership was exposing its country to the ravages of war.
– And the German people will find out what kind of new Nazi leaders they raised and brought to power, Solovyov threatened.
Russian state channels for a long time, the programs have painted downright apocalyptic moods: Russia is fighting a battle for survival alone against the power of the entire military alliance, NATO.
According to the traditions of propaganda, the “Collective West” is both a huge enemy and a weak, clay-footed giant gnawed by its internal problems.
