(Finance) – Strengthened by a widespread network throughout Italy, generals obtains the “n°1” award in the category “Insurance agent network” for the quality in the service offered to the customer. The Company wins the highest score of the whole market insurance, which certifies the excellence of the service of its distribution network. The prestigious award is part of the 2023 edition of the study conducted by theGerman Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF).

In addition to the “n°1” quality seal for its network, Generali has obtained another 3 quality seals, ranking first for the policy home basethe sickness policy and the family liability policy.

Furthermore, the Company has obtained the seal “Top service” for trade insurance, condominium insurance, self-sufficiency (Long Term Care), pet policy, boat and watercraft policy, multi-risk house policy, mortgage fire policy, accident policy, motorcycle liability policy, professional liability policy, life insurance policy and professional legal protection.

Important recognitions also for the other Generali companies in Italy: Cattolica Insurance it obtained the “Top service” seal for the multi-risk home policy, the legal protection for businesses and the legal protection for professionals; Insurance Alliance it achieved the same result with self-sufficiency (Long Term Care), accident insurance and life insurance; Genertel obtained the “Top service” seal through the boat and watercraft policy and the Rc Moto policy; Das has acquired the “Top Service” seal for legal protection professionals
