Patience will have been required, but Gungrave GORE is finally available on PC and consoles. After more than 5 years of development in the laboratories of the Iggymob studio, this shooter comes 20 years after its first episode released on PS2 in 2002. If the video game has evolved a lot in recent years, it seems that this is not really the case. of the latter, since the game was very poorly received by the press around the world. At the time of writing these lines, Gungrave GORE gets away with the Metascore of 60% on an average of 24 reviewed reviews. It’s weak, especially since there are only two positive notes in the pile, which proves that the game was not up to par. Visually to begin with, the game is lagging behind technically, with a rendering that is closer to a PS3 / Xbox 360 generation game than a title that comes out in 2022. Same thing for the gameplay, archaic as possible, with a corridor structure full of invisible walls that struggles to convince. It’s a shame because there was something to do with this Gungrave character.
