Shift Up’s action RPG Stellar Blade, originally planned for release in 2023, is coming soon. Sony announced at the first State of Play event of 2024 that the futuristic game will be released exclusively for PS5 on April 26. Developed under the working title “Project Eve,” the game puts you in the role of Eve, a fighter from the seventh airborne team. She returns to Earth to battle the Naytibas, humanity’s mysterious (and terrifying-looking) enemies. Eve, along with survivors Adam and Lily, attempt to destroy Naytibas and save the last human city of Xion from destruction.
Trailer released for Stellar Blade game
Xion is based in a semi-open world environment called the Wasteland and the Great Desert. There you will meet new characters, help the citizens of Xion, and collect energy cells to keep the city alive. You can pre-order Stellar Blade via PlayStation Store and retail partners starting February 7 at 10 a.m. ET. The standard edition costs $70, and the Digital Deluxe edition ($80) adds extra costumes, experience points, and in-game currency. Coming on April 26th.
