    The rise of ChatGPT and many applications powered by artificial intelligence has upset the relationship that the French could maintain until now with new technologies. The French stand out as an average of 54% of people surveyed worldwide are quite enthusiastic. Note that the most optimistic are in Asia and South America, while the most cautious are in North America and Europe.

    In the same vein, despite the success of ChatGPT and the proliferation of intelligent tools launched in recent months, only 37% of French people consider that AI ultimately brings more benefits than disadvantages. In fact, the only area where the French think that AI can improve their lives is that of health (37%).

    The vision that the French have of AI has changed considerably in recent months, in particular because today many people realize that these applications are more intellectual and can threaten their activity in the long term. In fact, only 21% of French respondents think that artificial intelligence can be beneficial to their job.
