– The fraud consists in the suspect having access to the plaintiff’s accounts and thereby taking part of the pension that came into her accounts, says senior prosecutor Linda Karlsson.
Date of death clarified
How the man’s partner died is not presented by the prosecutor because the autopsy report has not yet been presented. But it is clear that the prosecutor’s office has now specified a date for when the partner died. This means that the suspicions of violations of the freedom of expression have been specified.

The suspect is still reasonably suspected of murder but denies the crime.
