The man, who is in his 60s, was arrested in Malmö this summer on suspicion of raping a child at a hotel in the Hyllie district. In connection with that investigation, several plaintiffs appeared around the country.
– Several hits on the man appeared in our systems, says Chamber prosecutor Charlotte Ottesen, who due to preliminary investigation confidentiality cannot tell about the investigation in detail.

The police have searched the man’s address in Ludvika and seized the storage media, which will now be emptied and analyzed.
The man, who is suspected of, among other things, rape of children in two separate cases and preparation of rape of children in a third case, denies the crime.
