Xavier Yvon: I don’t do this often but I take advantage of La Loupe to congratulate some of my colleagues from L’Express. A fortnight ago, the journalists of the Political service won an exclusive interview with Edouard Philippe. The former Prime Minister does not hide but he does not speak all over the place. So when he speaks, his words are monitored.
