Quentin Tarantino only wants to make one more film before retiring from directing. The script has already been written and is entitled The Movie Critic. As the story in the 1970s plays, it has long been speculated that the plot revolves around the controversial film critic Pauline Kael.

The theatrical release of The Movie Critic has not yet been determined. Filming is to take place in Fall 2023 begin.
