DC fans will have to wait until 2024 before Joaquin Phoenix returns as Arthur Fleck in the Joker sequel. The production of Joker 2: Folie à deux, to which the first information sounds absolutely crazyhas just started.

To celebrate this early milestone, director Todd Phillips has created a first picture divided, which leads back to the darkest place in Gotham City.

The star continues to present himself physically in emaciated and horrible formwhile Arthur looks pretty battered with additional injuries.

As is well known, much of the Joker 2 plot is set to take place within the dark walls of Arkham Asylum. In addition, there is the crazy fact that the DC sequel will be a musical with singing (!). In addition to Phoenix, the newcomer to the cast is also megastar Lady Gaga, who is quite likely one new Harley Quinn version will play.

When will Joker 2 be in cinemas?

A lot of time will pass before Joker 2 hits the cinemas. With us, the exciting DC sequel on October 3, 2024 come to the cinema.
