The Finnish Olympic Committee announced its first selections for next summer’s Olympic team in Paris. Ten athletes were named to the team.
The first Finnish athletes for next summer’s Paris Olympics have been selected. At this stage, ten athletes were named to the Finnish competition team.
– We follow the principle of flexible selection, i.e. athletes are selected according to when they meet the criteria. Flexible choice gives our top athletes peace of mind as we head towards summer, Olympic team leader Leena Paavolainen told.
The Summer Olympics will be held in Paris at the turn of July and August.
