There are currently problems with the premium currency Caliber and the Twitch drops in The First Descendant. The developers are now commenting on the problems and possible solutions.
What is the problem? Anyone who currently buys the real money currency Caliber will receive the money debited from their account, but not the premium currency in the game. The official X.com account of The First Descendant has now confirmed this problem.

Caliber currency not received – How to proceed
What can you do if the currency does not arrive? While the problems with the real money currency Caliber have been known since midday, the development team has now commented on the problems. The developers wrote that players should check regularly to see if their delivery has arrived.
You can check this by going to your inventory (I), clicking on Shop and then on Inbox at the bottom. Your order should be there.
However, there are currently delays of around two hours when ordering, the developers write on their website. This can mean that your purchased Caliber will only arrive in your inbox after around two hours. There is currently no solution as to how you can get your Caliber faster.
The developers are already working on speeding up the system so that you can get your items faster.
What is the currency needed for? You need the caliber currency to buy all kinds of items from the shop. You can use it to unlock skins and other descendants. The prices of the currency range from €4.99 for the smallest package to €99.99 for the largest package.
Is there compensation? The development team has already announced that they will provide compensation to players and apologized for the inconvenience on the day of release.
Are there any other problems? Yes, the delivery backlog also affects Twitch drops. These also seem to take an unusually long time to arrive in the player’s inventory. Here too, it is said to take around two hours before the items arrive.
