Ever since the trailer for Superman, fans have had strong opinions about the DC reboot from filmmaker James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Suicide Squad). Now the Man of Steel’s sinister colleague joins us and there is already a first look at him and that new Batman costume. Not in live-action form, however, but as part of the animated series Creature Commandos, which marked the start of Gunn’s DC revolution:
The new Batman appeared in the sixth Creature Commandos episode (via Comic Book). In this, Doctor Phosphorus sets out to become the new crime boss of Gotham City, which of course promptly brings the dark DC knight onto the scene.
Unfortunately, the animated series has not yet arrived in Germany.

The confirmed films for the first DCU phase called Chapter One: Gods and Monsters are:
At least Clayface and The Brave and the Bold refer indirectly to Batman, as it is both a comic book villain and the so-called Bat-Family. At the same time, a sequel to The Batman is being worked on with Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, who is not part of Gunn’s DCU.
