The female lions and Sweden will meet tomorrow in the bronze match of the EHT tournament in Tampere.
The Finnish women’s national ice hockey team lost to Canada 0–3 in the EHT tournament played in Tampere.
Alex Law gave Canada the lead in the opening set, and Sarah Paul doubled the readings in the second period with superiority. Finished the final readings to an empty goal Jocelyn Amos. Sanni Ahola saved Finland 31 times in the goal.
Canada advanced to the final match of the tournament, where they will face the United States, who defeated Sweden 5–0 in their own semifinal. The female lions and Sweden will play tomorrow in the bronze medal match.
In the previous matches of the tournament, Finland lost to the USA 0–4 and beat Switzerland 4–0.
