The man is convicted, among other things, of illegal coercion, breach of child protection and assault. Also for gross illegal threats when, according to the indictment, he should have poured gasoline in his family’s home and reinforced the threat – by lighting several matches.
He himself denies certain parts of the crimes. But according to the district court, the investigation shows that the man pleaded guilty to all charges.
The man is sentenced to one year in prison.
