The father in Skärholmen told youth gangs – shot dead

The incident occurred at 6pm on Wednesday.

A 39-year-old man was shot to death at an underpass near Skärholmen center in southern Stockholm.

Despite a large police effort, no one had yet been arrested for the murder on Thursday morning.

According to information to TV4 Nyheterna, the man who was shot dead is not a criminal and does not appear in the police’s crime register.

Without him, the evening in question must have been on his way to the swimming pool with his twelve-year-old son, according to the same information.

Met young people in the tunnel

In the underpass, the father is said to have told a group of young people in a reprimanding manner, according to TV4 Nyhetern’s information.

A fight must then have arisen on the spot. In connection with that, the man was shot dead in the head and upper body.

The twelve-year-old son witnessed the fatal shooting and was the one who called 112, according to sources for TV4 Nyheterna.

The police state that a security operation will be carried out in Skärholmen.
